VIDEO: Rachel Zoe Dishes On How To Be Stylish On A Budget

Stylist to the stars Rachel Zoe might “die” for anything Chanel, but that doesn’t mean style has to have a designer price tag. “I want fashion to be affordable and accessible to everyone,” Zoe tells PEOPLE in this exclusive video. “I think you can save on jewelry, sunglasses and scarves.” The stylist, who also designs a budget-friendly accessories collection for QVC, believes versatility is the way to go to stay on trend without blowing your budget. For fall, Zoe recommends saving on an of-the-moment chunky knit sweater. “They are great to travel in or [you can] wear them oversized if you ate too much,” she says. The Details Behind Emma Watson’s New Pixie Cut

Hair today, gone tomorrow! In what seemed like one flick of her wizard’s wand, Harry Potter star Emma Watson said a swift goodbye to her luxurious chestnut locks and hello to a dramatic new pixie haircut. “The stylist just grabbed the back of my hair and took a whole ponytail of hair out,” the newly shorn starlet tells EW.com about her visit to New York stylist Rodney Cutler. “I’ve wanted to do this since I was about 16, so as soon as I had the chance I was like, ‘Right. This is it.’” That chance presented itself when, after more than a decade, filming for the blockbuster Harry Potter movie series finally wrapped and put to rest Watson’s charming Hermione Granger character and the unruly hair she had to have to play the part. “I missed all that experimentation that most teenagers go through.” Making up for the years in inches, this teen doesn’t have any regrets. “It was the most liberating thing!…I love it.” Tell us: What do you think of Emma Watson’s new do? – Christie LaRusso

Despite the recent controversy surrounding her bikini-clad photo shoot, Kendall Jenner seems to be pressing forward in her modeling career, turning heads yet again with more portfolio pictures! But the new images, also shot by photographer Nick Saglimbeni, showcase a slightly more glamorous and covered-up 14-year old Jenner, who poses in an array of fashion-forward fall ensembles. Older sis Kim was so proud of the new shots that she posted them on her website Wednesday, writing, “Nick just sent us Kendall’s latest shots from her portfolio shoot and once again I was blown away! I can’t believe my little sister has grown into this stunning supermodel.” Pushing the critics aside and clearly on board with her sister’s decision to model, Kim showered Kendall with praise and encouragement: “There’s no doubt in my mind that Kendall will be doing big things professionally and I can’t wait to see where this road takes her. Country Star Jennifer Nettles Shares Her Tricks for Staying Fit on the Road

Jennifer Nettles, the glam half of award-winning country duo Sugarland, is one busy lady this summer. With a new single, “Stuck Like Glue“, just released, an action packed summer tour underway and a new album in the works, it’s a wonder how the singer ever finds time to exercise and stay in shape. But, Nettles, 35, who is known for her toned body, isn’t one to let her her jam-packed schedule get in the way of working out. “I exercise five to six days a week,” the singer admits to PEOPLE. And it’s not just about hitting the gym for the Sugarland singer, who starts her day off with Fage yogurt and fresh fruit–even when she’s on tour. Her other get-fit secret? Yoga. Nettles practices Para Yoga with famed instructor Rod Stryker, who frequently joins the band on the road. And if it’s not yoga, you can catch Jennifer running and swimming to keep in shape. “When I’m home I try to do my weight training because it’s hard to have that amount of energy on the road when you’re not sleeping well.” Now, if only we had Nettles’s dedication. –Katie Kauss
