Kim Kardashian: ‘My Entire Body is Hairless’

Between filming Keeping Up The Kardashians, promoting her expanding fashion and beauty empire, and dealing with the ever-present paparazzi, Kim Kardashian rarely steps out of the house without a full face of a makeup on. “Makeup is my life,” Kim tells Allure in its September issue. In fact, when Kim was just 14, her father enrolled her in beauty school “to learn how to apply makeup properly, so I wouldn’t have too much on or look crazy.” Her secrets to a flawless face start underneath her favorite Make Up For Ever HD Foundation and Powder. “I use PerfectSkin, the system my sisters and I had a dermatologist make for us [and] for body moisturizer, I love Johnson’s Baby Lotion,” Kim tells the publication about her high-low beauty routine. And while the sexy star is a seasoned pro when it comes to touching up her face, she leaves the taming of her tresses to the professionals. “Anytime you see [my hair] in a ponytail, you know I did it,” Kim quips. And her head isn’t the only place that her raven hair seems to get in the way. “I am Armenian, so of course I am obsessed with laser hair removal!” she says. “Arms, bikini, legs, underarms…my entire body is hairless.” To hear more from Kim, pick up Allure‘s September issue, or visit Allure.com to see additional photos from Kim’s cover shoot. –Andrea DeSimone

Molly Sims Wants to Give Britney Spears a Makeover

Courtesy Health

If Molly Sims could give any celebrity a makeover, she says it’d be Britney Spears. “I would take away the boots, the tank tops,” Sims, 37, says in the September issue of Health magazine. “She’s so pretty-she just needs help with dressing. She gets too many trends going at once.” But the actress and cover model admits that she’s had her own share of flawed fashion moments. “I had braces for two-and-a-half years, and I promise you, I wouldn’t have been the same girl if I didn’t. I would not have smiled.” In fact, Sims tells the magazine that she’s “not not a proponent of cosmetic surgery.” And as someone whose life has centered around the importance of looks, she says, “I think I’ve done every crazy diet there was in the beginning, but it’s weird: I’m thinner now than I was when I was modeling.” To hear more from Molly, pick up the September issue of Health, on newsstands Friday. –Dahvi Shira

VIDEO: Watch Cat Deeley Choose Her SYTYCD Finale Dresses!

Cat Deeley is known as much for her glamorous outfits as she is for hosting the Fox hit So You Think You Can Dance, so when the time came to choose her looks for the show’s two-part finale on August 12, her style team brought their A-game. “We are going to go for something super glamorous, a little bit dolce vita, a little bit Dolce & Gabbana advert, a little bit Italian. Think ice creams, think fountains, think handsome Italian men,” instructed Cat in this behind-the-scenes video for InStyle. After rummaging through magazine clips in search of inspiration, Cat, who clearly has a lot of say when it comes to her on-screen wardrobe, opted for two very different looks: A Jenny Packham LBD for her first number and a flirty J. Mendel dress for the second. See how the British beauty chose both finale frocks and watch her get camera ready above!–Jessie Goldberg

Katie Holmes Fell for Fashion Before Becoming Mrs. Tom Cruise

Courtesy New York Magazine

Just like her stylish daughter, Suri, Katie Holmes admits to being bit by the fashion bug from the very beginning. “As a child, I was always drawing clothes, and I’ve always loved fabrics,” Katie tells New York magazine as part of their Fall Fashion issue. “I grew up the youngest of five, so there were a lot of hand-me-downs that I would sort of change up,” she says about her early design roots. But it wasn’t until Katie hit Hollywood that the star really fell for fashion. “Part of being in this business is that you’re around really nice clothes,” she tells the publication. “You do these photo shoots, you get exposed to Hermès and Chloé and Armani, and you start to feel the difference.” And as red carpet events started to become de rigueur for Mrs. Tom Cruise, so too did working with stylist Jeanne Yang, whom Katie also found a design partner in. “Jeanne and I were getting ready for something and we thought, men have such beautiful tailored shirts, they have such a uniform, and we thought it would be nice to make things that are simple that you can have forever,” she says about her now two-year-old fashion collection, Holmes & Yang. Would You Wear Face Bling Like Katerina Graham?

Steve Granitz/WireImage

Like many women, we’re drawn to sparkly things, whether its shimmery gloss, sequined minis or bejeweled ballet flats. But one thing we’ve never thought of when it comes to all things that glitter is gluing sparklers directly onto our face! But that’s exactly what The Vampire Diaries’ Katerina Graham did earlier this month at the Teen Choice Awards, affixing tiny colored rhinestones to the corners of her eyes to match her jewel-encrusted dress. And while the actress looked stunning as she showed off her face bling at the anything-goes award show, we wonder if this bold look is appropriate for real life or best saved for the red carpet? Tell us: Would you incorporate rhinestones into your beauty look? Vote below!–Katie Dickens

Lea Michele Finds a Surprise Style Fan in Jamie-Lynn Sigler

Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic; Landov

It’s not just Lea Michele’s mom who’s giving the Glee star a thumbs up for her fashion choices. Now Jamie-Lynn Sigler is too! “I’ll be honest—I don’t follow what young Hollywood is wearing,” the former Entourage star told PEOPLE at the 9th Annual InStyle Summer Soiree in Hollywood Thursday, when asked who she thinks is a fashionista-in-training. “Except for Lea Michele—she always looks amazing!” Sigler’s praise for Lea’s spot-on style might have something to do with her appreciation for Lea’s hit Fox show. “I love Glee,” Sigler said. “Love it!” But when it comes to Sigler’s own style, the actress admitted that she doesn’t always stand out on the red carpet. “I’m not daring with fashion,” said Sigler, who shone in a conservative LBD from Cynthia Vincent. –Dahvi Shira
