Scarlett Johansson Gets Wild in Dolce & Gabbana's New Makeup Campaign

Scarlett Johansson vamps it up for her newest Dolce & Gabbana The Makeup cosmetics campaign, returning to her screen-siren roots in dark berry lips and a sexy satin ensemble. “We wanted to discover a look that truly reflects our ‘story’ from the very beginning-yet truly reflects our reverence for today’s women, epitomized, of course by the divine Scarlett,” explains Stefano Gabbana of the Evocative Beauty Collection campaign, which features the corseted actress reclining in a sea of leopard print. “It addresses what’s so ineffable about a woman–her fierce sensuality anchored by her innermost femininity,” adds Domenico Dolce. Balancing classic glamour with a vampy edge inspired by the runway, Scarlett’s sultry look will hit select Saks Fifth Avenue locations and saksfifthavenue.com at the end of August, with prices ranging from $20 to $59. Sorry…doesn’t make me want to buy from D & G

Samantha_Canada on

Wow, she looks good. Totally in theme with the Vampire crazy going on.

Stevie on

Personally I think Scarlett Johansson is gorgeous, and I think she will make a great model for D & C.

Lucifer on

I think she looks beautiful! I think this is an awesome campaign and Scarlett is perfect for it. :D

Tiff on

It’s ok for an ad but I hope people don’t actually walk around like that! I think she looks prettier natural…JMO.

Ashley on

Scarlett Johanson can walk around like that, because, she’s amazingly beautiful.

She can walk around natural, because she’s amazingly beautiful.

Natural’s okay, I suppose. But makeup just amps up everything Scar’s got. Next to Carey Mulligan, I think she’s the prettiest one in Hollywood.

Karyn on

She is a beautiful woman and looks totally gorgeous in this D & G ad.

heeeeey on

shes sooo beautiful!

I liked Scarlett Johansson newest Dolce & Gabbana Makeup Campaign, and I like The PHOTO of her in it! Also, I liked The PEOPLE VIDEO of Dark Blue’s, Dylan McDermott, and his alter Ego and other things, and The Other PEOPLE VIDEO of Bethenny Frankel giving us a tour of Bryn’s Nursery!

What a face!

Boring.

Kim on

She really is quite beautiful.

Kate on

The ad is beautiful art, but it doesn’t make me want to buy makeup.

Sue M on

I love Scarlett, but this is clearly one of the most airbrushed, photoshop fake photos ever! Doesn’t sell me on anything because it’s all an illusion. Shame of it is Scarlett is gorgeous on her own and doesn’t need all this touching up. Will this fake woman stuff never end???

Marilyn on

Um….are we really feeling leopard and black leather…didn’t we already do this. D&G is a fashion “trendsetter” I wouldn’t walk around looking like this. Can’t they do any better? Scarlett is beautiful but she looks to fake…not appealing to the real public in my opinion.

what? on

“Her screen siren roots”???? I first remember her as the mean & uncute older sister in one of the “Home Alone” movies. Hardly a siren role.

Carol on

She’s a total bore and cutesy at best.

margaret on

She looks great! They’ve done enough airbrushing, though, that she looks like a mannequin. Too bad about that because she’s a beautiful girl with great skin. She’s so teeny, too!

A on

I would have never guessed that was Scarlett Johansson.

princess8264 on

wow. a hot girl playing a hot chick.

I’m glad someone alerted the press.

Amy on

She is so airbrushed it’s ridiculous. Her shoulder doesn’t look right.

JOJO on

She looks Fake……tooo much photoshop….

Cay on

I think Scarlett is beautiful, but the add is not believable at all, it is pure photoshop, why would I want to buy any of those items if they need to fake the photo that much??

Pshop queen on

Not that she isn’t beautiful but this image has been photoshopped to death. So all y’all young girls who think you want to look like this, give it up!

Leana on

I’ve always loved Scarlett! She is a beautiful woman made up or not! She looks totally beautiful and totally hot!!

Visitor from Holland on

Beautiful photography, and yet it looks uncomfortable to me. Like she’s holding her right leg slightly up in the air. And her gaze into the sky is somewhat empty. When I look at the photo I can’t focus properly, for some reason. And believe me, I see a LOT of these photographs because I collect perfume ads. But yes, Scarlett is beautiful and I love the D&G brand (although I’m not familiar with their make-up).

ken on

I thought Penelope Cruz was much prettier. This chick looks like a coffin corpse,my gawd!!

ac on

It doesn’t look one bit like her. Between the POUNDS of makeup and the photoshop job.

Ru on

There should be a limit on how much they photoshop; she looks like old plastic!

Niko on

No comment. There are no vords in the dictionary! And in my brain? No way…Go girl, go.

Carol on

Would all you lovers of this pic feel the same if it were Lindsay Lohan? Exactly who I thought it might be when I first saw the pic…looks quite the same as what LL would do. Hmmm, interesting question…well, would you? Probably NOT! So sad.

I think she is so pretty natural… sometimes I think they cake on to much makeup.

Lorrie Mennenga on

Scarlett is a beautiful woman, and the photographer did a great job, but the first thing that entered my mind when I saw the photo was, “Wow, talk about airbrushing.” This is a woman who seriously doesn’t need that much touching up! She has gorgeous skin, but I can’t see it in this ad. Too many liberties were taken in the editing process. Make-up ads tend to forget the purpose of make-up….enhancing beauty, not covering it up.

Just 4 Fun on

Scarlett is a pretty girl in REAL life, however, she looks like a mannequin in this pic. With all the retouching/airbrushing going on, almost anyone would look good here.

Softieal on

She looks good but I don’t even recognize her! I understand it’s a make up ad but to change completely adding the help of photoshop is just a bit too much

RG on

Just Gorgeous!!!!!

Gina on

She is the new “Marilyn Manroe”. What a pretty woman.

ellen on

I’ve never really found her to be as hot as others see her but, this picture she looks strikingly beautiful.

Marcee on

Beautiful+gorgeous+EXTRA-talented! Love all SJ’s films. A marvelous actress that began her career at a very young age. This is what HOLLYWOOD (or H-WEIRD) is all about ….. entertaining us! If you are also blessed w/”eye-candy” …. the more roles one can play …. male or female. It isn’t totally necessary though to be a complete and wonderful actor.
