Scarlett Johansson vamps it up for her newest Dolce & Gabbana The Makeup cosmetics campaign, returning to her screen-siren roots in dark berry lips and a sexy satin ensemble. “We wanted to discover a look that truly reflects our ‘story’ from the very beginning-yet truly reflects our reverence for today’s women, epitomized, of course by the divine Scarlett,” explains Stefano Gabbana of the Evocative Beauty Collection campaign, which features the corseted actress reclining in a sea of leopard print. “It addresses what’s so ineffable about a woman–her fierce sensuality anchored by her innermost femininity,” adds Domenico Dolce. Balancing classic glamour with a vampy edge inspired by the runway, Scarlett’s sultry look will hit select Saks Fifth Avenue locations and saksfifthavenue.com at the end of August, with prices ranging from $20 to $59. Would all you lovers of this pic feel the same if it were Lindsay Lohan? Exactly who I thought it might be when I first saw the pic…looks quite the same as what LL would do. Hmmm, interesting question…well, would you? Probably NOT! So sad.

I think she is so pretty natural… sometimes I think they cake on to much makeup.

Scarlett is a beautiful woman, and the photographer did a great job, but the first thing that entered my mind when I saw the photo was, “Wow, talk about airbrushing.” This is a woman who seriously doesn’t need that much touching up! She has gorgeous skin, but I can’t see it in this ad. Too many liberties were taken in the editing process. Make-up ads tend to forget the purpose of make-up….enhancing beauty, not covering it up.

Scarlett is a pretty girl in REAL life, however, she looks like a mannequin in this pic. With all the retouching/airbrushing going on, almost anyone would look good here.

She looks good but I don’t even recognize her! I understand it’s a make up ad but to change completely adding the help of photoshop is just a bit too much
