Kristen Bell’s Bikini-Ready Secret: Stay Busy!
After celebrating her 30th birthday last month, Kristen Bell is all about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Appearing on dual covers for the September issue of Shape, the stylish actress shares her 30 best stay-fit tips, challenging women to embrace a more balanced approach to fitness.
