Carrie Underwood's Wedding Day Beauty Tricks

Carrie Underwood’s summer wedding in Georgia called for some creative moves to keep the bride looking cool, says Underwood’s make-up artist Melissa Schleicher. “It was really, really hot and it was raining around 4 o’clock, just before the wedding, so I had to think of the humidity,” she says. “The hair was a concern so I did kind of an updo. I just it curled it all over and just pieced it up and pinned it with bobby pins all over, real simple.” The wedding day do was created on the spot, she says. “We didn’t practice before the wedding or anything – we’ve done so many award shows and so many hairstyles, so she just lets me do what I do.” One element of her look that did require a bit of homework, however, was Carrie’s lush set of false eyelashes. The “very full lash that can be dramatic or natural” was created specially for her by Schleicher and Stephen Moleski of Smoke and Mirrors Beauty, whose lashes are “easy to put on and undetectable,” she says. Want to try out Carrie’s look yourself? The limited edition “Heart” lash, based on Underwood’s custom design will soon available for sale on Molesky’s web site. Oh Clint…how is she a debutante? Your comment reeks of bitterness and jealousy.

Seriously quit criticizing her! She is beautiful no matter what. For the ones that say they went to school with her, who cares! Don’t be so negative! If you can’t post anything positive, why post at all!

slow news day?? im tired of hearing about this bi***!!! i feel sorry for her new hubby!! i give it 2 years

What has she ever done to you.

I think she has done very well considering the speed at which she got quite famous at. What you see is what you get and I would hope she has changed since she was in school with some of you. Isnt that what growing up is all about. She carries herself very well in the professional arena – what she does in her personal life is none of my business. I think Mike is a very lucky guy and I do think they will make it and if she is not beautiful I would like to be that kind of not beautiful.

She looks fabulous but what the HECK is on her head? She looks like a pageant queen.
