Mike Fisher is a man of Faith who described Carrie last night at a church event in Ottawa as the woman he has waited for (despite being teased for being too picky) because he only wanted the best person for him and that he appreciated the fact that he could trust her. If anyone can do a long-distance relationship, I believe they could.

To the person that ask why she doesn’t wear her engagement ring; Have you SEEN it? It’s HUGE! During her performance on the Today show she was constantly reaching into the crowd to shake hands, high five etc. Does she really need some idiot trying to make off with her engagement rock?? I think not.

Hey Jean, keep your negativity to yourself. You are probably the one who goes to weddings just so you can voice your reservations when they ask that during the ceremony. Maybe you have been burned or something that has you feeling so negative, I don’t know nor do I care. However, these 2 seem genuinely happy and speaking from experience long distance relationships work just fine if you have the right people involved. These 2 seem secure enough to handle it. So Miss Negative Nancy, take your cynical relationship opinions somewhere else. Your comment was just uncalled for. Newlyweds deserve well wishes, not hopes for disaster. Geesh!
