Britney Spears Tweets Her Radiant New Fragrance Ad

Britney Spears is shining the spotlight on her ninth and newest fragrance, Radiance, taking to her Twitter account Wednesday to share an image from the scent’s ad campaign. “Just got the imaging for my new fragrance Radiance and thought I’d share it with all my tweethearts,” the singer wrote. Showcasing a more subdued and elegantly-clad version of our favorite pop princess, the ad comes just weeks before the floral fragrance from Elizabeth Arden hits counters in September. “I love the feminine scent of my new perfume Radiance. It has the power to make any woman feel beautiful,” Brit says in a release. The perfume’s packaging has Britney written all over it—decorated with pink, blue and translucent gemstones. Priced from $18 to $60, we can’t wait to smell this new feminine fragrance from the pop perfumer! – Jessie Goldberg

I am not sure what is 1989 or tacky about it. Also, every picture in every magazine is airbrushed, not just Britney. I wish her all the success in the world. She has come through alot of hate, and seems to be doing good!

the ad reminds me of old hollywood it came out beautiful. in the ad Britney reminds me of a cross between Natalie Wood and Eva Marie Saint both of whom I love as actresses and look up to as women.

I don’t understand these ads. If it were my product I would want someone beautiful in their everyday life. Not someone that needs touched-up, hair extensions and photo shopped. This is the Britney we all know?? This isn’t even a person, it’s all digitally enhanced..

I love Britneys fragrances and I buy them as gifts for my granddaughters for all occasions. Britney has blossomed into a beautiful woman and I hope this is an image she will continue to protrude. This has classy written all over it.

What are you idiots griping about now? I don’t recall seeing this kind of perfume bottle in 1989. Get over it. If you don’t like the bottle, don’t buy it. I think the bottle and the ad are beautiful.
