Would You Wear A Bell-Shaped Dress Like Kristen Bell’s?

While most starlets are still embracing a less-is-more philosophy in skintight minis for the red carpet, Kristen Bell bucked the trend for Chanel’s annual Tribeca Film Festival dinner, dressed in an anything-but-basic black Chanel dress with a bell-shaped skirt. But not everyone wants to stand out from the crowd so much. We have to wonder if the shape of her skirt is too much for most? I think she looks cute, especially at a Canel event, Chanel never went with the trends, she stuck to what she knew worked for her, and I think Kristen is embracing that. I love it!

Kristen Bell’s dress is gorgeous! The skirt part of the dress works because the top is fitted. The buttons & sleeves are cute & help pull the dress together. Her shoes are also great, I love the ankle strap. The bracelet & clutch also work well because it is somewhat minimal but the accessories still stand out. I could see many women that would want copy this look the next time they go out on a date. The bell shape gives the dress an edge which is one thing I love about Chanel. Classic, beautiful & sophisticated but not uptight. The dress says, “I am a strong beautiful woman and I love life!” I like it & I would wear it. Definitely my style.
