Victoria Beckham Debuts Rachel Zoe’s Boot Collaboration with Brian Atwood

Dave M. Benett/Getty

They may not have been made for too much walking, but the sexy thigh-high boots that Victoria Beckham donned Wednesday night certainly stole the show among the fashionable guests that gathered at the Diane von Furstenberg party at Claridge’s hotel in London. And with good reason! Stylist-to-the-stars Rachel Zoe helped design the super-high and uber-chic black suede “RZ” boots as a collaboration with her longtime friend and celebrated designer Brian Atwood. Featuring a chic chain detail up the back, the platform boots–which Posh paired with a barely-there black Giles corset dress–looked just as fabulous as the unexpected ensembles that Zoe pulls together for her A-list clients. And while pop star-turned-designer Posh got to debut the style from Atwood’s fall 2010 collection this week, the rest of us will have to wait until the boots arrive in stores later this month–as if we needed another reason to envy Posh! Tell us: Would you wear thigh-high boots in the summer like Posh? —Marissa Patlingrao Cooley

Why Was Kim Kardashian Having Her Bottom Measured?

kimkardashian.celebuzz.com

Kim Kardashian took to her blog today to broadcast–with photographic proof, no less–that her famous curves were in the process of being measured. The reality star posted a photo on her blog of an mystery woman taking a ruler to her much-discussed behind, asking “Hmm… why would I be getting measured… Curiosity? Dress fitting? Can you guess?” The photo-friendly star left us with just one clue–the mysterious hashtag “#karwax.” Theories abound, but our best guess? Kardashian is set to debut as the next celebrity to be memorialized with a Madame Tussauds wax figure. Tell us: Why do you think Kim was having her rear measured? –Marissa Patlingrao Cooley

Fashion Goes 3-D: Burberry’s New Interactive Digital Campaign

There are so many reasons to get excited about Burberry’s Autumn/Winter 2010 collection, from the refined military-inspired clothing and luxe accessories themselves to the ad campaign’s gorgeous all-British cast of musicians, actors and models–including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who was recently tapped to replace Megan Fox in Transformers 3. But perhaps the coolest of all is the venerable label’s innovative digital ads: the luscious images shot by Mario Testino in London and set to music by the The Waterboys are now interactive. “We wanted to capture the energy of the [fashion] shows in the campaign,” said Burberry’s Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey. “We wanted the energy of them jumping out of the page.” Thanks to new technology, you can now control your own view of the campaign images to get 180-degree views of a clutch or a boot or see the models in motion–with just a swipe of your mouse. “Burberry was founded on innovation and outerwear,” said Bailey. “And I want anyone who sees the campaign not just to see images, but to feel a part of what we have created; connecting people through technology, music, the collections, the attitude, and the emotion captured.” To check out Burberry’s AW2010 collection in 3-D, visit burberry.com. –Marissa Patlingrao Cooley

She tells me…and I can put them on paper.” As for Snooki? “I’m very impressed with Jenni,” she said. “Her style is amazing. It’s very sexy, very sleek. I’m definitely going to wear her stuff.” And if Farley has her way, Snooki won’t be the only celeb donning Filthy Couture. “I would love to see Lady Gaga in one of my bathing suits,” she revealed. “I’d love to open PEOPLE magazine and see her in one of my bathing suits on the beach. That would be…like, it.” The budding designer also had some style ideas for A-lister elites Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie: “I’d put them in more like an evening gown…strapless, no rhinestones or crystals. Kendra Wilkinson on Her Post-Baby Body: “My Curves Shocked Me”

Andrew Macpherson

After giving birth to son Hank Baskett IV last December, reality star Kendra Wilkinson went from a toned and taut size two up a few sizes into uncharted territory. “My curves shocked me big-time,” admits the E! star. “It was a whole other woman I was looking at in the mirror.” While Kendra is enjoying her new “different” body, she’s looking forward to getting that tone back. “About two months ago, I stopped making excuses. It’s time to get out there and really bust my ass like I used to,” she says of her now hour-long workouts at the gym and new healthier eating habits, which include salads, grilled chicken and chewing gum to curb cravings. “I was so used to being fit and skinny,” she says. “I never had to lose weight until now. I want my muscle back–I don’t want anything jiggling. Cardio for me is number one. I need the cardio because I can tone my body, but I gotta burn the fat off!” One step in the right direction? “We didn’t have my stripper pole in my house ever since I gave birth, now we’re going hang it up. I feel sexy again.” –Jennifer Garcia
