The Twilight hunk joins fellow Calvin Klein Underwear models Mehcad Brooks, Fernando Verdasco and Hidetoshi Nakata in a steamy commercial that features the buff stars in nothing but their logo-ed skivvies. Lindsay Lohan “Not Involved” in Latest Ungaro Collection

It looks like Lindsay Lohan might have a little more time to focus exclusively on her 6126 line of leggings and apparel in the days ahead. After months of tumult over her appointment as the artistic advisor for Emanuel Ungaro — and one not well-received runway show — the unlikely team appears to have parted ways. The actress was not present at the Ungaro fashion show today during Paris Fashion Week, and the brand’s owner Asim Abdullah told WWD backstage, “She’s not involved in this collection,” while declining to comment further. The actress quickly went from describing her catwalk debut as “pretty much a fairytale” to being bashed in the design world, even incurring the ire of the brand’s respected namesake founder, who deemed her first and maybe only collection for his former house “a disaster.” Tell us: What do you think of Lindsay’s possible departure from Ungaro?–Katherine Kluznik Rentmeester

Ooh la la! Johnny Depp’s Amour Vanessa Paradis to Be Face of Chanel Bags

From being Johnny Depp‘s leading lady to Karl Lagerfeld’s latest muse, Vanessa Paradis sure is one lucky girl! The French singer-actress is set to become the new face of Chanel’s sporty Coco Cocoon handbag line, according to WWD. Taking over the reins from British pop star Lily Allen, Vanessa will appear in the collection’s spring ad campaign shot by the iconic designer himself. And while we loved Lily’s Audrey Hepburn-esque ads for the brand, we can’t wait to see what Karl will produce for Vanessa, who is currently also the face of Chanel’s Rouge Coco lipstick. Who Was Your Best Dressed at the Oscars?

We wait for the Academy Awards patiently every year, dying to see what catwalk confections our favorite stars will wear. And this year, our patience was amply rewarded with gorgeous gowns, sparkling jewels and perfect updos. Ruffles ruled from Demi Moore‘s Atelier Versace to Jennifer Lopez‘s Armani Prive to Vera Farmiga’s Marchesa. And forget about black — it was all about golds like Cameron Diaz‘s Oscar de la Renta and Sandra Bullock‘s Marchesa and blues like Maggie Gyllenhaal‘s Dries van Noten. As for hair, it was the year of the bun, perched perfectly on the glam heads of Sarah Jessica Parker, Nicole Richie and Miley Cyrus. While Oscar nominee Sandra Bullock certainly has her pick of baubles from any jeweler she’d like, the actress might just choose sentiment over statement for tonight’s red carpet. Leigh Anne Tuohy, the real-life woman whom Sandra portrayed in her Oscar-nominated role in The Blind Side, and her daughter Collins asked eco-friendly jewelry company Alex and Ani to create a special set of their Signature Expandable Bangles for the actress to say “we love you and good luck” at the Oscars. The mother-and-daughter team had a “good luck” charm, a guardian angel charm and even a Baltimore Ravens charm in honor of Michael Oher added to the set of bangles. Carey Mulligan’s Oscar Gown Tease: “Kind of Crazy But Classic”

With all eyes on stylish first-time nominee Carey Mulligan tomorrow night, the pressure is on for the British star to pick just the right dress. And even with advice from the likes of Anna Wintour, Mulligan still hadn’t found her dress as of a few weeks ago. But when we spoke with the star at a Diamond Information Center luncheon in her honor on Friday in Los Angeles, Mulligan confirmed that she has indeed found her perfect gown. “It’s kind of long. It’s crazy. But it is kind of crazy but classic at the same time,” Mulligan tells PEOPLE. “It sort of fulfills all my 12 [year-old] girlie dreams about wearing the classic dress. But it’s got a twist!” Sporting Everlon knot diamond earrings by Fred Leighton with her Bottega Veneta dress, Mulligan teases, “I will be rocking some diamonds.” But lest we all get visions of over-the-top bling in our heads, she clarifies that her picks are “not crazy.
