EXCLUSIVE Sara Rue: 30 Lbs. Down, 10 More to Go

After losing 30 lbs. in 12 weeks, actress Sara Rue is going for 10 more, she says. “The changing of your mind is often the hardest part,” says Rue, a spokesperson for Jenny Craig. “Now that I’ve conquered that, I’m ready for more!” Rue, 31, has struggled with her weight since she was a child. The red-headed actress, who starred in the TV show Eastwick, says she once lost a role due to her size. Determined to gain control of her weight, Rue joined the program in November and learned about how much to eat and healthy foods. She explains, “The key has been portion control, which has totally helped me not slip up, and has given me the necessary balance to feel good. I’m comfortable with this program, because it’s not a diet –- it’s a lifestyle change.” As a result, the pounds fell off — and she’s down to the last ten lbs of her Jenny Craig journey. Her reward for successful weigh-ins? A manicure. Rue enthuses, “Thanks to my 30-lb. weight loss, my nails have never looked better!” –Elaine Aradillas

Selena Gomez Teams Up with Kmart for New Fashion Line

Disney starlet Selena Gomez is the latest star to turn designer. The teen queen has joined forces with Kmart for a budget-friendly juniors fashion line, dubbed “Dream Out Loud.” Inspired by her own casual-cool style, Selena’s collection will include apparel, handbags, belts, scarves, hats, hair accessories, socks and hosiery when it launches in Kmart stores and on Kmart.com in July. Come October, Selena will also add footwear to the much-anticipated lineup. “I am proud to be able to join forces with Kmart to release my own fashion collection!” says Gomez. “This has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember and I feel privileged to be able to give the consumer great product at a great value.” We can’t wait to see Selena’s designs. Carrie Underwood’s Wedding Dress: “Girly, Simple and Glamorous”

Carrie Underwood and her fiancé, NHL hockey player Mike Fisher have been busy planning their nuptials since getting engaged in late December. And while the Grammy-winning country singer’s fans have been lapping up every detail–including her preference of cupcakes over traditional wedding cake, and her dog Ace as the ring bearer–we’ve all been waiting for her to spill on “The Dress”. “It’s in the works,” the bride-to-be told reporters at the Pedigree Adoption Drive yesterday at the Bideawee animal shelter in NYC. “It’s really pretty. It’s very in the beginning stages and it’s very me. It’s just girly and pretty, and it’s simple and glamorous at the same time.” Still yet to be determined is the exact wedding date, but it seems like the happy couple is simply enjoying being engaged. “We’ve never been in New York together, actually,” said Underwood, who’s juggling her own touring lineup with Fisher’s Ottawa Senators game schedule. “[Mike]‘s always here playing the Islanders or something like that, but we’ve never been here at the same time.” Might we suggest a Big Apple honeymoon? –reporting by Rennie Dyball

Marion Cotillard Takes Shanghai for the Latest Lady Dior Ads

First Paris, then New York and now Shanghai. In her latest round of ads for the Lady Dior handbag, French actress Marion Cotillard is framed on a balcony with the Chinese city’s futuristic sky line in the back. Playing an international femme fatale, Marion tries to escape from a secret agent while wearing a plunging leather gown but still clutching her Lady Dior purse. The new campaign is titled “Lady Blue”, according to WWD, and will be followed by a 12-minute film directed by David Lynch that was shot in Shanghai last December. The ads, shot by Steven Klein, are scheduled to break this week in Air France Madame before hitting U.S. and European fashion titles later this month. Victoria Beckham has already proved herself on the runway at New York Fashion Week and on the red carpet, dressing stars like Blake Lively, so her next step is to conquer Russia, one well-tailored sheath at a time. At a small showcase for her dress line in Moscow earlier this week, the ever-charming designer–who sported a black shirtdress from her own collection and Brian Atwood nude pumps–took a moment to clear any confusion. “I haven’t held a mic for a long time,” she said coyly to the crowd, as reported by WWD. “I promise I’m not going to sing.” Instead, the fashion icon presented her collection at high-end Russian department store, Tsum, where she made an agreement to sell her jeans and sunglass line along with her Victoria Beckham dress collection. SNEAK PEEK: ‘Gossip Girl’ and ‘Glee’ Stars ‘Shine’ in New Op Campaign

How did Gossip Girl‘s Vanessa Abrams find herself in a cuddle puddle with Glee clubbers Finn Hudson and Quinn Fabray? The trio–Jessica Szohr, Cory Monteith and Dianna Agron–are starring in this spring’s upcoming ad campaign for juniors clothing brand Op, along with R&B singer Cassie, 90210‘s Trevor Donovan, and Alex Meraz of The Twilight Saga: New Moon and Eclipse. The “Rock Your Shine” campaign, shot by photographer Larry Bartholomew, is set at an imagined summer block party, and features the young stars lounging in a hammock, barbecuing, and getting ready to head out surfing, all while wearing sexy and sweet beach-ready pieces. “The clothes are so great; especially the amazing bikinis and shorts,” says Szohr of her favorite pieces from the line, which is available exclusively at Walmart. And if it looks like they’re having fun, it’s because they are: Says Dari Marder, Chief Marketing Officer of Iconix Brand Group, which produced the collection, “The cast had a blast, since some of them were already great friends, and even co-stars. Hilary Duff: Self-Described Online-Shopping Addict!

Who among us is immune to the siren call of online shopping? Not Hilary Duff. “I’m so addicted I almost don’t leave my house anymore,” jokes the actress-singer in this month’s Lucky. The May cover girl even reveals where she spends much of her time clicking around, saying, “My absolute favorite place to shop is Net-A-Porter. There are so many beautiful, irresistible things.” Clearly a seasoned shopper, the petite, five-foot-two star seems to know exactly what she’s looking for on her virtual sprees, calling out a pair of sky-high platform wedges, noting that they’re both “comfortable and make me very tall–two things I always want in my shoes.” Among her other favorites:  “Sequined shorts are at the top of my list to buy for spring,” as well as “a big, voluminous scarf. It’s a total weakness of mine.” But her favorite accessory of all? Says Duff, who’s newly engaged to NHL hockey player Mike Comrie, “My fiancé just bought me this ring with smoky pavé diamonds.
