Proenza Schouler Collaborates To Produce Their First Jean Line
Hot off the heels of their stellar New York Fashion Week showing, Proenza Schouler has announced a partnership with J Brand jeans. “For fall 2010 we are exploring ideas closer to home,” the design house said in a release. “Denim fits the bill as the most ubiquitous item in most people’s wardrobe.” The classic line of exaggerated high-rise skinny jeans were featured in the runway presentation earlier this week and are made of 11-ounce Japanese stretch denim. The jeans are also hand painted with black graphic print, accentuating the textures and cuts. The new denim line won’t be on sale until summer but stay tuned for more info!
