Lauren Conrad and Mark Cosmetics Team Up To Fight Abuse

Lauren Conrad might have taken a step back from the limelight by leaving the Hills — but she’s still looking out for her younger fans. The designer and budding author has teamed up with mark cosmetics again to raise awareness about abusive relationships through their Girls m.powerment Campaign. Lauren helped mark launch the m.powerment campaign back in 2008, and since has raised over $400,000 for the cause. Starting with just one charitable chain necklace the m.powerment collection to support the cause has grown to include a double-sided lipgloss, $6, and a heart bracelet, $12, with 100% of the sale proceeds going to the m.powerment fund. See what Lauren has to say about the cause in the video above, and then do your part by shopping the m.powerment by mark collection at meetmark.com.–Andrea DeSimone
