Rebecca Romijn’s Twins Make Modeling Debut — With Milk!

Scott Kirkland/Globe

Despite the angelic smiling faces of her one-year-old twin girls in their new “Got Milk?” ad, Rebecca Romijn reveals the photo shoot wasn’t exactly smooth sailing. “It was challenging,” she told PEOPLE last night at a launch event for the ad at the W Hotel in Los Angeles. “The last time I did this campaign in 1998, we shot it in Times Square, middle of a tropical storm, during rush hour, in July, without permits…I thought that was chaotic. Well, guess what? Shooting with nine-month old twins when one of them is not havin’ it all day long…” Pressed for details, the 37-year-old mom and wife of actor-turned-law-student Jerry O’ Connell says Dolly, pictured right, didn’t take to her modeling debut. “I think this is one of maybe three frames where she wasn’t screaming her head off and that was way more chaotic than the one that I did in 1998. I think Jerry was probably doing cartwheels behind the photographer trying to get them to calm down.” Sister Charlie, meanwhile, “was loving it — loving the lights, loving everyone standing around looking at her.” The actress continues, “Dolly looks exactly how I looked as a baby and Charlie looks exactly how Jerry looked as a baby. Charlie personality-wise doesn’t take after anyone. She’s really easy going and always smiling, doesn’t cry very much. I don’t think either of us are that easy-going,” she laughs. “I mean we’re fun but we’re not that easy going!” Read more from Rebecca at celebrity-babies.com.–reporting by Nina Tyler

Megan Fox isn’t the only one with a sexy new ad campaign! Get ready to see way more of George Clooney‘s paramour, model Elisabetta Canalis, than ever, in Roberto Cavalli’s newly unveiled international underwear campaign. The sultry 31-year-old is featured wearing a bra and panties comprised of delicate black lace and animal print satin, along with high heels and a silk robe bedecked with marabou feathers. She was photographed last November by Mert & Marcus at a private home in London, lounging on an ornate velvet sofa framed by baroque textiles and antique rugs meant to channel a cozy nineteenth-century boudoir. Canalis says in a release, “It was a great pleasure and huge privilege to work for Roberto and Eva [Cavalli]. The Cavalli brand has always been synonymous with the made in Italy excellence and known all over the world.” The designer describes how he was “inspired by a real woman, with appeal, charisma, and sensuality,” when producing his latest underwear collection, explaining, “Elisabetta Canalis and I have been friends for a while now, we have already worked together in the past and so I was sure she was just perfect for enhancing the spirit of this advertising campaign…and I was not wrong! Her Mediterranean beauty and intense appeal interpret an intriguing super-feminine woman…the result is amazing!” Tell us: what do you think of Elisabetta in Cavalli’s new underwear ads?Emily Hsieh

Victoria Beckham‘s ads as the face of Emporio Armani Underwear might have been sizzling, but her replacment Megan Fox gets temperatures rising in her new campaign for the Italian label — dressed in skimpy sets from Emporio Armani Underwear for seductive black and white photos. For her Armani Jeans campaign, the starlet debuts a stripped-down look, with damp hair, bare feet, and minimal makeup, and is dressed casually in a white oxford and jeans. The new series of ads, shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, featuring the 23 year-old will be unveiled in February on billboards in fashion meccas like New York, Tokyo and Milan. Why Fox? Giorgio Armani puts it succinctly: “Megan is young and sexy and has a lot of spirit,” he said, adding that his brands are “all about a youthful attitude, making her the perfect choice for the collections.” Tell us: What do you think of Megan as the new face of Emporio Armani Underwear?

Following in the fragrant footsteps of Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Hudson, Zoe Saldana, 31, has been named the newest face of an Avon fragrance, Eternal Magic, debuting in April, PEOPLE has exclusively learned. The fragrance “takes inspiration from the rare Princess Monaco Rose,” according to an Avon release. “It means so much to me to be associated with a company that shares my values and believes in empowering women,” says the actress, who is now best known for kicking butt as Na’vi warrior princess Neytiri in Avatar. In her first major endorsement deal since James Cameron’s blockbuster grossed a billion dollars, Saldana will also be featured in the company’s brochure as a face of Avon’s color cosmetics collection (no word on whether that includes ‘Pandora blue’!). Geralyn Breig, Senior Vice President and President of Avon North America, says of Saldana, “We are thrilled to have Zoe as the spokesperson for Eternal Magic. Every woman wants to be unforgettable and Zoe perfectly embodies that feeling. She’s a rising star in Hollywood — and has built a strong reputation for playing empowering characters that leave a lasting impression.” –Suzanne Zuckerman

Clothing Ad Featuring President Obama to Be Removed

Sonia Moskowitz/Globe

Last week PETA caused a stir with an anti-fur ad that featured the likeness of Michelle Obama. The First Lady, however, isn’t the only White House resident whose image has been the target of unauthorized commercial use: A towering billboard for Weatherproof Sportswear featuring President Obama clad in a jacket by the company is set to come down in New York City’s Times Square after the White House took note. When the ad went up last week, the company was blasted for using the photo; now, a Weatherproof Sportswear spokesperson tells CNN that the billboard will be removed “in an expeditious manner.” White House spokesperson Ben LaBolt, who declined to comment specifically about Weatherproof’s decision to take the billboard down, told PEOPLE, “The White House has a longstanding policy disapproving of the use of the President’s name and likeness for advertising purposes.” So, what was the company thinking when it put up the ad? Weatherproof President Freddie Stollmack, who called the campaign “serendipitous,” explained, “We saw a picture of President Obama visiting the Great Wall of China and we said, ‘Boy that looks like our coat.’” It was a simple idea, but one that’s hard to defend, according to First Amendment experts. Intellectual property lawyer Barbara Solomon tells CNN, “This is not an issue of expression. This is a pure commercial appropriation. This is an advertisement and nothing but an ad,” continuing, “It is a violation of Mr. Obama’s right of publicity, his right to control his appearance and his likeness.” –Katherine Kluznik Rentmeester
