Would You Wear Neon Highlights Like Stephanie Pratt?

Peter Brooker/Rex USA

Apparently Heidi Montag wasn’t the only one in the family who was ready for a makeover. Sister-in-law and fellow The Hills star Stephanie Pratt debuted a new look on the red carpet recently, having dyed chunks of her long blond tresses an attention-getting shade of hot pink. We’re not sure what prompted the 23 year-old to give her flaxen hair a punk twist (might she have been inspired by Ashley Olsen’s rainbow-striped highlights?), but it’s certainly a step away from her beachy, Southern California roots. Tell us: What do you think of Stephanie’s neon streaks?

How Much Would You Spend to Dress Like Kings of Leon?

Courtesy Surface2Air; LEGO

Grab a pair of skinny jeans, a fedora and a flannel shirt and you can look just like hip Nashville rockers Kings of Leon. However, if you pluck the items from the band’s new clothing collection, it’s going to cost you a pretty penny. With a black leather bomber jacket going for $1150, T-shirt for $108 and jeans for $150, you’ll need a wallet that’s on fire to keep that closet full of Leon gear. The four-time Grammy nominees will release their 12-piece collection with Paris-based Surface2Air in the U.S. under the name S2A x KOL. Set to be available at fine men’s clothing stores like Barney’s New York and on Gargyle.com starting Jan. 25, the Followills’ hipster designs also include ankle boots, flat-brimmed fedoras and flannel shirts. No word on whether we’ll see the rockers wearing their own designs at the upcoming Grammy Awards on Jan. 31. –Jessica Herndon

Robin Wright’s New Role: The Face of Gerard Darel

Sometimes starting over means going back where you’ve been. For Robin Wright, that means modeling. After weeks of internet speculation and teasers, Wright debuted this week as the latest and surprising new face of French leather goods manufacturer Gerard Darel. Demonstrating her self-proclaimed “new beginning,” the ad shows the Private Lives of Pippa Lee actress in an unusually intimate, deeply effecting portrait. With her divorce after 13 years of marriage to actor Sean Penn proceeding, Wright stepped forward in November, and the result is this behind-the-scenes clip, capturing her session with celebrated photographer Peter Lindbergh. Following actress Mamie Gummer, singer Charlotte Gainsbourg and supermodel Stephanie Seymour as faces for Gerard Darel, Wright’s campaign for the firm’s Spring-Summer 2010 line was shot in New York, according to French newspaper Le Figaro’s Madame. “Her selection,” the paper resolves, “shows perfect timing in view of the news involving the actress’ personal life.”–Peter Mikelbank

Taylor Momsen Joins Victoria’s Secret to Launch Love Rocks

Bill Davila/Startraks

Gossip Girl’s youngest bad girl ventured downtown last night to help Victoria’s Secret launch their newest scent collection: Love Rocks. With its tough red and black packaging, Taylor Momsen is an ideal fit to help launch this edgy new fragrance collection. “I love it. It’s kind of a more masculine scent from the other Love collections, which is really cool,” Taylor tells PEOPLE. “And I love the packaging. It looks really pretty on the dresser.“ The young starlet, who also doubles as a model and singer for her own rock band, Pretty Reckless, might be certain when it comes to her scent, but when it comes to creating her signature smoky eye, she doesn’t play favorites. “It depends on what happens to fall into my bag that day,” says Taylor. “I’ve probably got every brand of black eyeshadow I could possibly own.” Shop Victoria’s Secret’s new Love Rocks collection at victoriassecret.com.

Jessica Biel on Going Gloss-Free and her “Precious” Relationship with Justin Timberlake

Mario Testino/Vogue

Jessica Biel might be notoriously tight-lipped about her relationship with Justin Timberlake, but when it comes to her famous looks — and growing up gorgeous in Hollywood — the actress doesn’t hold back. “When I see myself in pictures with makeup on, even to this day, I think it looks weird,” Vogue‘s February cover-girl tells the magazine. “My eyes get squintier and smaller. On the red carpet, I’m playing a character. As soon as I get off that thing I think, ‘Oof, wipe that gloss off.’ I’m wiping and wiping and pulling my hair out and trying to change my outfit. I’m immediately trying to get comfortable. It’s really a part I play.” A part she plays well for the magazine, which features a high-glamour spread of the Revlon model and former child star — although not all shoots have been so easy for her. Of posing nearly nude on the cover of Gear magazine when she was just 17-years-old, Jessica says, “I did this photo shoot; the photo shoot came out; it was terribly embarrassing. I had to apologize to everybody, including my parents. It was a big learning experience: learning how to have boundaries and how to say no.” And those boundaries extend to her relationship with Timberlake. “I don’t want to talk about [Justin],” she emphasizes. “I don’t feel the need to clear anything up. It’s the most precious thing that I have in my life, and I care about it so much that I don’t care about what anyone says or thinks. I have just not addressed it in any real way, and I’m not going to. It’s mine. And I really like that about it.” Read Jessica’s full interview and see behind the scenes footage from her shoot at Vogue.com. –Katherine Kluznik Rentmeester
