WATCH: Tom Ford Dishes on Red Carpet Fashion and Best Dressed Lists

Tom Ford may be receiving accolades as a film director for A Single Man, but that doesn’t mean that being a fashion designer is ever far from his mind. With an already successful men’s collection and a women’s collection on the way, the former Gucci and YSL designer talked red carpet fashion to PEOPLE at last night’s SAG Awards. But like the true style arbiter he is, he reminds us that “awards clothes don’t ever represent what’s happening with fashion.” See our picks for Best Dressed at the SAG Awards here!

This shows that if you give good customer svecire then you will be rewarded, in this case you got more work by simply being friendly and doing a good job.It amazes me how some tradespeople don’t realise this and they are missing out on the opportunity for more work by not marketing themselves in a positive manner.
