Taylor Momsen Joins Victoria’s Secret to Launch Love Rocks

Gossip Girl’s youngest bad girl ventured downtown last night to help Victoria’s Secret launch their newest scent collection: Love Rocks. With its tough red and black packaging, Taylor Momsen is an ideal fit to help launch this edgy new fragrance collection. “I love it. It’s kind of a more masculine scent from the other Love collections, which is really cool,” Taylor tells PEOPLE. “And I love the packaging. It looks really pretty on the dresser.“ The young starlet, who also doubles as a model and singer for her own rock band, Pretty Reckless, might be certain when it comes to her scent, but when it comes to creating her signature smoky eye, she doesn’t play favorites. “It depends on what happens to fall into my bag that day,” says Taylor. “I’ve probably got every brand of black eyeshadow I could possibly own.” Shop Victoria’s Secret’s new Love Rocks collection at victoriassecret.com.

I know this post is about Taylor and VS but I just read her comment about the situation in Haiti and all I have to say is she is an ungrateful little b*itch. Her comment was ignorant and just plain rude. Self-absorbed little brat.

I didn’t even know who Taylor Momsen was before I read this, which I read b/c I was curious about the new VS Love Rocks. So sad she would make a comment like that about Haiti. I wish I still didn’t know who she is.

Taylor Momsen, is just so beautiful and goregeous, Taylor uses makeup as an acccesory and to match her mood. She is honest about the Haiti situation, feeling low and moody will not help them. I am sure she may help, but she probably just did not want to talk about it right when she was asked, its a downer. I will enjoy watching as she grows up and becomes more successful. I hope she does not ( or has not) succumb to success pressures. I could just go on an on, she really is great!

I don’t know much about this girl. I’ve seen her in a few interviews and she just seems to try a little to hard for her sixteen years. I like people who are genuinely edgy but not when it is forced.

A few days ago people showed one of their new models – pretty girl but looked like a very young Twiggy. What happened to having voluptuous women like the ones that made VS successful? They are trying to attract a different consumer, obviously – but in doing so they may lose others with a higher bank account. I am in my early thirties and purchase VS but I have a feeling the product is going to go downhill with a less classy look and perhaps things that are a little too trendy.

As for Taylor – she is 16. I personally find it ridiculous that she is an VS spokesperson.
