Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise Model Matching Holmes-Yang Dresses

Fame

Katie Holmes is bringing her premium designer collection to the East Coast! The star, who has teamed up with her stylist Jeanne Yang to design a high-end women’s and children’s clothing line, stepped out in Boston this weekend in a red-hot dress from her Holmes & Yang line. While we have seen Katie rocking her own designs on the red carpet, first for the Tropic of Thunder movie premiere and then at her Broadway debut, this is our first peek at her children’s line — and who better to show it off than her equally fashionable daughter Suri Cruise? Mother and daughter each put their own spin on their fiery frocks. Katie adds tough boots and a black blazer, while Suri’s look is completed with leggings and sweet Mary Janes. Katie and Suri’s dresses are available exclusively at Maxfield by special order (call (310) 274-8800 to order) and both come in navy or cream as well as red.

Demi Moore Talks Aging and Being the “Puma” Poster Girl

Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott/W Magazine

In the December issue of W magazine, the seemingly ageless Demi Moore, 47, talks about everything from being labeled a “cougar” for her relationship with Ashton Kutcher, 31, to aging in Hollywood. The former box office star, who stars in two upcoming indie films “Happy Tears” and “The Joneses” — and is also the face of the new Helena Rubinstein women’s fragrance “All You’ve Ever Wanted,” — says getting older has affected her acting career. “The frustrating part is that the type of roles I’d be interested in are not really coming to me,” says Moore, whose buff physique helped her attain roles like “G.I. Jane” and “Striptease.” “I hate to say it’s a function of my age—but yes, I think in some ways it is. The majority of [female] roles are geared between 25 and 35.” And about her “cougar” title, Moore prefers “puma.” “I’m certainly not the first person to be in a relationship with a younger man, but somehow I was plucked out as a bit of a poster girl,” says Moore, who first met Kutcher six and a half years ago. “I don’t know why that is. But I just kind of step back sometimes and say, ‘There is some reason, and what is it that I have to share in a positive way?” See more photos and the full interview with Demi at wmagazine.com. —Kristin Larson

Fergie’s Footwear Crisis Solved!

Ken McKay/TalkbackThames/Rex USA

Fergie may be battling a marital storm back home, but it was an emergency of an entirely different kind that she faced in the U.K. on Sunday. While prepping for a performance with her band, The Black Eyed Peas, on the top-rated singing contest show X Factor, the singer narrowly escaped a footwear fiasco — with a little help from the American Idol-like show’s stylish judge, Cheryl Cole. “I had a last minute crisis,” Fergie revealed after a performance of “Meet Me Halfway,” before hitching up the hem of her nude gown to reveal shining platforms, smiling at Cole and saying, “So thank you for letting me borrow your shoes.” Considering that Fergie has her own footwear line, shoes are one thing we’d never have imagined that she’d be in short supply of! Demi Moore might be the not-so-secret inspiration behind — and face of — the Helena Rubinstein fragrance All You’ve Ever Wanted, but at the U.S. launch event for the scent in New York, the actress tells WWD that the relationship won’t end there. Demi reveals that she is in a “very deep and serious conversation” with the beauty brand about “giving me an opportunity to create my own line.” Although the star didn’t elaborate about what the line will encompass, she did talk about what motivates her to want to continue her role with Helena Rubinstein. “I feel like I have a greater creative opportunity in working with something where we could really form a true partnership and be really mutually beneficial,” she explains. Pamela Anderson Launches Budget-Friendly Signature Fragrance

Seth Browarnik/Startraks

Juggling a shapely perfume bottle in each hand, Pamela Anderson, launched her much-anticipated first fragrances Malibu Blue and Malibu Pink in partnership with International Beauty Brands at the W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. last night in signature sexy style. “Both fragrances are fresh, chic and luxurious — and totally inspired by the Malibu surf lifestyle that I love,” the former Baywatch babe told PEOPLE. “They are all-natural and embody my free spirit and passionate, ‘get in trouble’ side. Plus, the line is so affordable!” And cost was key for the actress, who wanted the products to be available in drugstores across the nation. “I am a drugstore whore,” Pamela continues. “I worship drug stores. You have to pull me out of them. My dream is for every woman to be able to go to her favorite drug store and buy an affordable fragrance which will make her feel sexy.” And the PETA advocate also made sure that the scents fit with her animal-friendly lifestyle. “Once we completed the product — the glamorous bottle, and the pink and blue packaging — and we were assured everything was ecologically perfect and cruelty free, I was ready to go for it,” she says, adding that a portion of proceeds will benefit the animal charity. Malibu Blue, which contains notes of wild berries and white florals, and Malibu Pink, which combines sandalwood, caramel and vanilla bourbon, range in price from $39 for a 1.7 ounce to $49 for a 3.4 ounce spray, and are rolling into stores now.
