Even in the middle of a star-studded Fashion Week party, Ciara still knows how to stand out. Her super-sexy, over-the-knee boots by Christian Louboutin combine towering heels with sultry suede and dramatic cut-outs. With a white tee and black skinnies, the look is bold yet pulled-together, but still a whole lot of look for those of us who don’t have the singer’s model-esque proportions or innate style swagger. i think if you are 5’5 and under this look can really backfire and make you look really chunky if you’re not bone thin because it cuts you off in the biggest part of your thighs…:)
