New York Housewife Ramona Singer Designs Jewels for HSN
Kelly Bensimon isn’t the only Real Housewife in New York to turn jewelry designer— now Ramona Singer has teamed with HSN to launch her collection, appropriately dubbed Ramona. “I wanted to create affordable estate pieces for people,” Ramona tells PEOPLE. “I have taken my own pieces, pieces I have seen at auctions, pieces I have seen on Madison Avenue and I have emulated that in this collection.” Ramona’s line is made from sterling silver with rhodium plating, so it won’t turn or tarnish, and uses real gemstones and diamonds. Pieces will retail from $200 to $550 exclusively on HSN.com. “It’s like an investment piece,” says Ramona. “It goes with everything you have, it won’t go out of style in five or ten years. It’s timeless.” Not to mention versatile. “I’m wearing it right now with a bathing suit,” she tells us. “But you can also wear it with black tie.” And though both Ramona and Kelly will be working on their lines during the new season of Real Housewives of New York, Ramona feels no competition. “I only compete against me, myself, and I. I am always looking forward. I don’t look to the left and I don’t look to the right or behind me,” she says. Shop Ramona’s estate jewels now at HSN.com and be sure to catch Ramona live on HSN tonight at 10 p.m. ET. Tell us: Are you going to buy Ramona Singer’s estate jewels?
