VIDEO: Victoria Beckham “Swings” into Fall

Forget the runway show! To promote her Autumn/Winter 2009 dress collection, Victoria Beckham got her models swinging into the season — literally! Eight models, all dressed in her slim-silhouetted sheaths accessorized with red-soled Christian Louboutin heels, perch on wooden swings hung from doorways on a quiet London street as the camera pans back and forth. Victoria makes a cameo towards the end of the video where she swings in and out of frame with her signature dark sunglasses, gray cashmere “Carmontelle” dress and Louboutin heels. The video was directed by Mat Jerrett and was shot in a single take. Check out the video and shop Victoria’s dress collection at bergdorfgoodman.com. The designer herself will be making an appearance at the famed department store come Fashion Week. Tell us: What do you think of Victoria’s video?

Creative! And in one take? They were all so… together. Love it!

Very creative – love it!

I liked it. I even liked how Victoria wasn’t the main focus in the ad. Simple, and making a statement.

Super nonsense. Not creative, arty, or whatever else you want to call something interesting and innovative. This has none of that. This ad is pure and simple dull.

Cute but you can’t see the clothes so what’s the point?

- Nina on

DUMB. Isn’t this about her clothes?? I wasn’t able to see any of the outfits but do like the real estate!

I think it’s kinda lame and lacks the Beckham glam aspect of Victoria’s life. It doesn’t even really show the dresses…Cool idea…but maybe zoom in so people can see the dresses? Boring.

I love it! So interesting and creative. Sort of has like a ‘Desperate Housewives’ theme to it or something? Except more english. Love it!
