Must say MJ’s style in general has been an amazing feat! I love that he rocked high-watered skinny jeans before the hipsters and could accessorize better than anyone (come on, he rocked a sparkled glove!)….

We are the world & of course thriller <3

i feel that all his outfits were all sensational. from “thriller”, to, “beat it”, all his outfits accompanied his music videos.

I would definitely say his 80’s style was the best. It was innovative and fun.

Wow—clicking through your 10 Most Iconic Looks section really reminded me of just how innovative Michael Jackson was. As for my favorite look, I’m torn between the one glove thing and the military jackets. In any case, it’s really clear from looking at the photos you pulled that Jackson was really an original in every sense of the word.

I LOVE ALL OF MICHEAL JACKSONS LOOKS!! I CANT JUST PICK ONE…. I REALLY LOVE HIS “BEAT IT” LOOK THOUGH. MICHEAL WILL REALLY BE MISSED, HE IS A TRUE ICON!!!!

I loved the afro look the best. Dancing Machine was the first 45 I bought when I was 8. At that time, I wanted to marry Michael. I also loved when the off the wall album came out. I lost interest when he did thriller. One of my favorite songs is a song he wrote for Floetry: Butterflies. That song always puts a smile on my face. Lovely. Too bad his fans didn’t get a chance to watch him reinvent himself. So sad.

I loved the Thriller look and Bad, but I must say the glove and sparkly socks were a favorite. How creative were the socks? Even those in a distance could see his feet move.

I think that the Beat It get up is my classic favorite, but the Smooth Criminal suit and fedora was HOT.
