Would You Wear Neon Yellow Like Mischa Barton?

We love when warm weather arrives so we can whip out the bright colors and experiment with our clothes, accessories and even our makeup! There are tons of options, but lately we’ve been loving hot pink polish on our toes and a bright yellow statement necklace to go with an otherwise subdued outfit. It’s the perfect segue into summer. Mischa Barton must’ve been thinking the same thing with her head-to-toe color including matching neon yellow jacket, tassel scarf and shoes. The bold look works for the former O.C. star, but we don’t know if we could pull it off ourselves. The editors at StyleWatch want to know if you’d give this hue a try. I don’t think I would. The color washes me out and might be alittle too bold for regular people, but Mischa pulls it off well!!

I sometimes do wear neon. I have some highlighter yellow/green converse shoes that are very cute. But I try to wear neon in moderation. I don’t think I’m the kind of person that can pull off an entire neon outfit..and I’m not sure that I’d want to.

like you said, i couldn’t pull this off, personally. i’m not a big fan of Mischa’s style in general but if someone can pull off that much yellow, then go for it.

Mischa is a horrible dresser – she always looks a mess. No problems with neon, just the way she wears it.

Yellow is my one of my favorite colors. It has been raining a lot in the NYC. Wearing yellow helps lift my mood. You have to be very careful with the type of yellow shade because it can wash you out. She looks cute.

love bright colors – hate this outfit. it isn’t the colors that ruin it, it’s pairing it with the boring grey dress.

i’m sure there’s a way to pull off grey and yellow, but this isn’t it.
