New York fashionistas have been counting down the days until the first stateside Topshop location opens in the Big Apple, and that day is finally arriving tomorrow. With Kate Moss in town to cut the ceremonial ribbon and unveil her Liberty print-packed spring collection, the 25,000-sq. foot store opens at 11 am tomorrow morning.
