Bar Rafaeli is a Bikini Bombshell for Hurley

Bar Rafaeli may be best known as Leonardo DiCaprio‘s on- and off-girlfriend, but she’s sure to get people buzzing with her sexy new ad campaign for Hurley. Rafaeli says of the experience, “I had a blast at the shoot! It hardly felt like work! Yu Tsai is an amazing photographer and I am trust him completely to make beautiful pictures…Between the concept, photographer and the Hurley clothes, it was a match made in heaven.” We agree! Oh please, leave this girl alone, and leave jessica alone… i think jessica looks fantastic, she is sexier than before and most important she is showing a healthy image, plus it seems that she feels great just the way she is.
as far as miss rafaeli is concerned, she is a top model, she is supposed to have that body, it does not mean that she is sick, and it certainly does not mean that jessica is fat, because SHE IS NOT
so yaaay for both!

Why must everyone that dislikes this girl be jealous? My negative feelings towards her have nothing to do with her famous boyfriend. She is a spoiled, attention hungry child whose comments have ranged from absurd to offensive.

My issue with Bar has nothing to do with her dating Leo. It has everything to do with the fact that she has shown herself to be unethical and rather flippant about it.

She entered a sham marriage to avoid service in the IDF – when there are many other, legal ways she could have avoided serving (as a celebrity in her own right in Israel, many accomodations can be made). When asked about it she said that she was happy to have avoided service because “it paid off big time” for her. And that as a celebrity she “had special needs” regular people didn’t. (this interview was given shortly after an attack on Israelis killed several soldiers)

When she was really cornered by one interviewer about the sham marriage she then decided to LIE and claim she was sick and unable to serve, which was quickly pointed out as a lie.

It wasn’t until an Israeli patriot group arranged a boycott of Fox clothing (her largest fashion contract) and they threatened to drop her that she made a PSA praising public service in Israel.

I have seen and read many interviews she has given where she has outright said (in print and on video!) that she feels that she is above service to her country and that she/famous people are more important than “normal” people. Her entire attitude in interviews I have been able to see and listen to is that of arrogance, rudeness and irritation. As if it is annoying to her to have to talk to someone “beneath” her.

That is why I don’t like her at all. Physically, she is really attractive for the most part, it is what I have seen of her personality and convictions that makes me think she is really an ugly person.

I think it is sad that someone who seems to be so devoid of honor and values is lauded only because of the fact that she has managed to bed a famous Hollywood actor or because she has a nice body and behaves in a provocative way.

I always thought that models were coached on their facial expressions according to the shoot. She looks hot! Not every woman’s body should look like Britney Spears does right now, and at least she does’nt look anorexic like so many do. As long as Jessica Simpson is included… she has curves, which beats the anorexic look. Jessica looks healthier than the average “high-fashion” model. Have some tolerance and appreciation for variety!…Please!
