I agree with V. It defeats the purpose of shorts. It looks tacky to me. Y wear shorts, tights, boots, and a coat…r u hot or cold?

The difference b/n shorts and skirts is that skirts were meant to be worn with or without hosiery.

It’s interesting how this is a new look but I see this everyday in Japan. It’s been an on going trend for a few years too. It’s interesting to see this look on non-dolly Japanese girls. Kinda gives it a maturity sense.

Honestly i like the denim with the tights but i dont like them rolled maybe if they were frayed or different colored shorts but def not rolled

The shorts look a little odd for the cold weather season. But I really like her shoes. They look like a pair I found on Shoedazzle.

It’s a cute look. I prefer the shorts to be longer, like walking shorts. I’ve worn the look for years and I have always felt comfortable with it.
