FIRST LOOK: Ellen DeGeneres’s CoverGirl Ads!

Ellen DeGeneres has been gearing up for her first beauty campaign as the face of CoverGirl and Olay’s newest product Simply Ageless Foundation. This product is a first of its kind — an anti-aging makeup that stays suspended over fine lines and wrinkles, instead of settling into lines which can make you look older. Ellen’s famous face will be the focus of the new print and television ads starting in January 2009. “I’m thrilled to be a CoverGirl,” says Ellen. “I’ve been practicing in my bathroom mirror for years…Now finally, you’ll all be able to see it.” Tell us: What do you think of Ellen’s CoverGirl ads?

I watched her show today and thought she was joking at first I was actually surprised to find out she just turned 50! She is perfect for the job, so natural, I love that about her!! GO ELLEN!!!!

do we really want to be ageless??
shouldn’t we be proud of our age because of all the wisdom that comes with it?
i’d rather look good and feel healthy at a certain age than look age-less. there seems something scary about that…

All of you jealous/haters must have a lot of time on your hands to post in articles that you could not care less about. If you don’t like Ellen, don’t read the article or comment about it. The same thing goes with those that dislike Jennifer Garner. Do you think your rude, immature comments keep these people up at night? You seem to worry about them more than anything else that you can actually control in your own lives.

I adore Ellen. Smart, funny, kind-hearted…I think she looks beautiful! We are about the same age, and seeing her looking so flawless, makes me want to run to the store for some Covergirl!
