Men in kilts is nothing new — just look at the warriors in Braveheart. A little more recently than William Wallace, Marc Jacobs has been sporting skirts this fall, causing a buzz among fashion followers. But when Twilight star Cam Gigandet went shopping in Beverly Hills yesterday in argyle socks and a kilt, we had to take notice. Kellie Pickler Finds Herself in Shoe Heaven at Saks

Who doesn’t love shoe shopping? Well, country star Kellie Pickler shared her joy in hitting the famous 10022-SHOE department at Saks Fifth Avenue. She blogs on her MySpace page, “As soon as I arrived on Sunday [in N.Y.C.] I jumped off the plane and headed straight to my favorite place in Manhattan, the shoe department in Saks 5th Avenue!!!” And she even offers tips for those of us who might not have been there yet. “For first timers….just look for the elevator that says “Express Elevator To Shoes”….it’s like an elevator to heaven. lol. Perceptive royals-watchers have noticed that the Windsors have a new addition to the family — Prince William‘s bushy facial hair. The heir to the throne has been sporting the sea-captain look in recent weeks, with photographers catching a clean-shaven Prince Harry and a noticeably shaggy Prince “Hairy” playing soccer on Christmas Eve. Wills even snagged runner-up in the Beard of the Year award, given out annually by the Beard Liberation Front to those who give the facially fuzzy a good name. Prince William joins other high-wattage names who’ve taken to letting their inner lumberjacks out, including Robert Pattinson, Jake Gyllenhaal and Hugh Jackman.
