EXCLUSIVE: Sneak Peek of Rihanna’s UNICEF Gucci e-Film

Ever wonder what it’s like to be the face of a major ad campaign? Go behind the scenes with Rihanna, who is the face of Gucci’s UNICEF 2009 holiday ads, as she works with Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini. This e-film documentary showcases Rihanna and Frida on the set of the UNICEF 2009 holiday ad campaign, Rihanna at the Gucci Winter Ready-to-Wear show in September, Rihanna and Frida discussing sketches and more. Check out this exclusive preview now, in anticipation of the full-length which will be posted on Rihanna’s and Gucci’s websites on December 9. Later this week, Rihanna and Frida will also be on hand at New York’s Grand Army Plaza for the annual snowflake lighting.

I think it’s funny how, the clothes look really cool on the runway; and when on Rihanna they just look off to me. I guess she just totally kills it with the millions of pieces she tries to put together. She always looks like she’s trying too hard! She should learn that sometimes keeping it simple looks very fashionable as well. Style should look effortless, and some of the Gucci pieces shown in the video are already awesome, no need to go all crazy when putting it on! If I were Gucci, I’d give her a lesson before letting her display my work on her! But then again, who can say no to money right?…
