Oprah Winfrey has been one of Barack Obama’s most outspoken supporters over the course of his campaign, and she’s already planning the next step — what to wear to his inauguration ball! Winfrey called into N.Y.C.’s Power 105.1 Radio Station this morning to talk with host Ed Lover, and revealed her sartorial plan for the big night. Turns out that she not only already has the dress, but she’s been planning it since February with “vision boards”! Winfrey explained, “So help me God, I am looking at it right now…. Actually I started in February. I was speaking with Michelle [Obama] and Caroline Kennedy and Maria Shriver — we were all doing a big rally out in California. At the end of the rally Michelle Obama said something powerful, ‘and I want you to leave here and envision Barack Obama taking the oath of office’…. I created a vision board. I had never had a vision board before. I came home, I got me a board and put Barack Obama’s picture on it and I put a picture of my dress I want to wear to the inauguration.” And with votes still being cast around the country, the dress has already made its debut out of the closet! “Last week I said to the stylist, ‘Take it out of the closet. Let’s take it out. Let’s hang it up, and let it air out.'” Check out more political fashion choices by clicking here.

What is the big deal about celebrity endorsements anyway? What do people who make more money in a week than most Americans make in a lifetime know about ‘main street’? These people have absolutely nothing in common with the average American and yet their every word is treated as the ‘gospel’.

I was not going to respond to this but some of you McCain/Palin idiots are just plain IDIOTS!!! McCain is HARD to look at on t.v. and Palin is being USED by the party. McCain should have never been in this situation. The Republicans knew that they didn’t have a chance so they LET the oldest and most erratic old man HAVE the nomination. They backed away once they knew that they didnt stand a chance against the Democrats. So don’t toot your horns about McCain/Palin. Obama is going to win! Then all of you McCain/Palin can go to work pissed off. Get over it! OBAMA IS GOING TO WIN!!!!

I’m all for an Obama win, and I usd to like Oprah. But she has gotten so full of herself. There is such a thing as too much exposure, too much power. OWN (as in the world, and Oprah Winfrey Network.)

She is an idiot. Does the dress even fit anymore? She has been packing on the pounds

I disagree with kari.I feel you should pick whoever is best for our country. How do you know that Obama is bad? Did you look at views? I think we should look at both point views before judging. People need to vote because you lose your voice. Your vote should be private not public. No matter who you vote for look at the big picture.Vote as if it is your last chance to make a change.

To the idiot who made the blacks coming in bus loads to vote, here in North Carolina there are just as many caucasians. Check this out- maybe people in general are sick to death of the middle class not having a voice and we are working harder and harder and see no tax breaks. I am one of those people…making great money but watch the elite group get richer and richer. Btw-I am a college educated person. It isn’t about race, he gets my vote because he has my best interest at heart. For all you phobic people, remember he is part white too…duh–his mother is white! dumb dumb dumb…wow the times we live in! My father says racism was never going to go away..it hasn’t its just moved up from the trailer park to the ceo seats.
