Katie Holmes Designs Again for Her Broadway Debut

As if starring in a Broadway play wasn’t enough, Katie Holmes created her own stunning outfit for the opening of All My Sons last night. In partnership with her stylist, Jeanne Yang, Katie dazzled in a gorgeous jumpsuit of her own creation with influences that seemed to span the decades, from the delicate black lace at the neck fit for an Old-Hollywood screen siren to the Halston-inspired white silk all-in-one gathered at the waist and ankles. It’s not the first time Holmes has worn one of her own creations, sporting a chic Holmes-Yang navy halter dress to the L.A. premiere of husband Tom Cruise’s film Tropic Thunder in August. While there’s no word of anything in the works, we’d love to see Holmes create a clothing line. Tell us: Do you think Katie should be the next star to produce her own collection? This is the ugliest outfit ever. The dress was not much better. I would not be caught dead (or alive) in either. She has horrible taste – the pegged jeans, anyone? Seriously – quite trying so hard to make trends. I wish she would just go away!!!!

I think I just threw up a little in my mouth.
Are you kidding me, Peple magazine? Are you BLIND?!
This outfit is a complete ugly, tacky, horrifying mess. Genie pants? Blace stretch lace? A sleeveless halter jumpsuit worn over a long sleeve top?
The dress she supposedly designed was ugly too, completely out of proportion in cut and the fabrics she chose again were horrendously cheap and tacky.
NO, never, no. Katie Holmes should not be allowed to unleash those “designs” on the public.

I would never buy anything she has created, look at the 2 so far awful… I can’t understand why she thinks these two pieces look good, she has very bad taste in fashion. Look at the outfits she wears out. Come on Victoria help her out!!!!!!!!!!

Omg! What is that?! It looks like a really bad, ugly, looking pajama ensemble! Even p.j.’s have style and grace now and days, that is just plain horrific! Sorry Katie, I don’t think designing is for you! What happened to the classic but chic style she had going for a while? Now she’s dressing like a 1920’s granny!

This had to be a joke, If not i think she has finally gone mad,this is the ugliest outfit ever, she tries so hard and fails, not to mention she is so skinny she look hard and old. Ewwwwwwww. She use to be such a beauty.
