She’s the world’s most highly-paid model, and Gisele Bundchen has the accessories to prove it — but come next month, Tom Brady’s famous girlfriend plans to part with a couple of her high-ticket items. On October 15th, the supermodel will participate in Christie’s Jewels: The New York Sale auction, selling off a 3.35 carat colored Sabbadini diamond ring that’s expected to fetch between $15,000 to $20,000 as well as a 6 carat diamond pendant necklace worth between $120,000 to $150,000. And while the items are rumored to be gifts from a famous ex-love, the star has yet to reveal their mysterious provenance. Check out more of the stunning jewels up for bid at the sale, including the famous Ponahalo diamonds, at christies.com.

The diamonds were gifts from Leo.

Well gosh, that necklace could pay for my mortgage. That would be neat.

Jan on

I thought that Leo said that he would never buy a lady diamonds… unless it was his mother!

To bad I heard she’s only putting a small portion to charity. With all the money she has what does she need more for? Why not actually help people. You know it’s not like you don’t see America struggling and people losing there homes. Makes me sick. If I had the money these celebrities did I’d make a huge difference and not just food to kids in other countries I mean really helping people here.

bobbi bernau on

i am also upset at the fact that she thinks she needs all this money like the one comment said why don’t you use it for things that are in need like feeding the starving or helping the hurricane victims i know i would

CARRIE on

Yeah – who really cares ??

There is MORE real news to be talking about ! LOL

What are you doing for others NOW? I get peeved at people who say, ~If I were rich I would……~
If you had $1,000,000 would you give say $200,000?
IYH- $100,000 WYG- $20,000? IYH- $10,000 WYG- $2,000…You get the picture.

Charity (LOVE) Is not restricted to the wealthy. If you have $10 give $2 to a good cause or to a hungry person.

Quit complaining. The right to complain carries with it the responsibility to do something about the problem.

Please. Don’t be haters. “i’d give so much if i were that rich.” blah blah blah. people can do whatever they want with whatever they earn. it is people’s own damn fault that they are losing their homes. don’t buy stuff if you don’t have the money. period. and if gisele doesn’t give as much money as you would like her to give, who are you? bet she’s given thousands and thousands of dollars over the years. you? its not her responsiblity to give to those in need. we are not in a communist society…

Fran on

She is a self-centered loser. Let’s take care of business at home and then do what’s right about taking care of human rights and dignity elsewhere.

Bob on

You want her to help pay off mortgages for people losing their homes?!

This is our mess. Greedy Americans thinking we need to live in houses we can’t afford. Greedy corporations willing to lend us the money with huge interest rates.

We need to suffer the consequences and learn from our mistakes so this doesn’t happen again. We don’t need a bailout.

Today we live in houses that are 40% bigger than they were in the 1970′s. We drive 2 cars ( many are SUVs ) per family, have multiple televisions per household, the list goes on. Why should we expect some model to help pay for this?

We as Americans need to put ourselves last by getting rid of our own extravagance and helping others in need before looking to the rich.
