As if their designer clothing collaborations weren’t enough to keep us well-heeled and affordably chic, Target’s gone and topped themselves with the launch of prestige beauty lines from three of the world’s biggest beauty style-makers. Rolling into stores — and online — right now are the comprehensive collections of tools and cosmetics by Australian celebrity makeup artist Napoleon Perdis and Brits Jemma Kidd and Petra Strand. And while $15 NP Set mascaras and $18 JK shadows aren’t priced low enough for us to be able to snag the entire collections in one go, they’re still a high-end bargain.
