Narciso Rodriguez Honored At ALMA Awards

Kevin Winter/Getty

Jessica Alba showed off her body after baby at the ALMA Awards on the arm of designer Narciso Rodriguez in a blush pink silk charmeuse dress created by the designer himself. Though all eyes may have been on Jessica’s svelte figure, the night really belonged to Narciso. The designer is the first to receive the new award “Special Achievement in Fashion,” presented to individuals whose work has influenced American culture. Narciso tells PEOPLE, “I was very proud. I felt very honored. It’s amazing to be the first to be given an award especially created for fashion especially by the Latin community.” The designer has worked with his fair share of famous faces — everyone from Alba to Jennifer Garner to Amy Adams — but when it comes to his celeb clientele, Narciso doesn’t play favorites. The designer tells PEOPLE, “There’s no star that I’ve dressed that I haven’t enjoyed dressing. I’ve dressed so many beautiful women. I’ve been so lucky to work with all the beautiful women.” Alba presented Narciso with his award during the show, hosted by Eva Longoria Parker. Catch the telecast when it airs on Friday, September 12 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC.

Brad Pitt Teams Up With Kiehl’s For Charity

Tony Barson/WireImage

Brad Pitt has partnered with beauty brand Kiehl’s to launch their newest permanent addition to their lineup. Kiehl’s new Aloe Vera Biodegradable Liquid Body Cleanser is the brand’s first complete beauty item that is 100 percent eco-friendly including formula and packaging. But don’t get your hopes up for sexy ads of Pitt, though. Unlike other celeb product campaigns, the Kiehl’s-Pitt collaboration will sadly not feature the star’s photogenic likeness in any of the advertising, but Brad did contribute a hand-written note to be featured on the bottle itself. One hundred percent of the net profits from the sales of Kiehl’s Aloe Vera Biodegradable Liquid Body Cleanser benefit JPF Eco Systems, a charitable foundation created by Kiehl’s and Brad to support global environmental initiatives, reports WWD. The new Kiehl’s body cleanser, $16.50 a bottle, is expected to raise at least $1 million for the charity and will be sold everywhere Kiehl’s products are available starting in October. See kiehls.com for store locations.

Would You Wear Multiple Shades of Nail Polish?

Michael Giro/INF

We totally fell for the fluorescent nail polishes that were popping on some of Hollywood’s chicest nails this summer. The neon pink, yellow and orange shades all looked awesome with the season’s metallic gladiators and bronzed (faux, of course) skin. But choosing just one can be difficult, and apparently Christina Milian felt the same way when she decided to paint her nails in alternating shades of electric orange and neon yellow. We’re not sure that we could rock this look with the same conviction as the singer, but we want to know what you think. Tell us: Would you wear two different colors on your nails?

Courtesy Radar

Look familiar? Kim Kardashian teamed up with Radar magazine to re-create Brooke Shields’s legendary Calvin Klein ads from 1980. Now, Radar‘s September cover girl shows off her famous assets in Brooke’s iconic poses in a selection of jeans — ironically none of them Calvin Kleins — including Jordache, J Brand, Bongo, Rag & Bone and Serfontaine. Check out all Kim’s poses at Radar Online. Tell us: What do you think of Kim’s denim spread?

And today, Style.com brings the news that Avery’s business partner, Lauryn Flynn, has signed on to be the head of Burberry’s VIP services, ending the speculation on their styling business. Well, hockey’s gain is fashion’s loss — at least we’ll always have his Gap ads.
