For a Gossip Girl party, she picks a Peartini: “It’s rich, chic, and unexpected.”

GREY GOOSE La Poire Peartini
2 parts GREY GOOSE La Poire
1/4 parts DISARONNO
1/4 parts simple syrup
1/2 part lemon juice
Pear slice for garnish

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into martini glass and garnish with pear slice.

To toast the premiere of America’s Next Top Model in style, she suggests serving Bellinis: “Models and Bellinis go hand-in-hand.”

Il Sole Bellini Recipe
White peaches
Prosecco
Sugar Syrup

-Use only white peaches to make a Bellini — never puree the peaches by machine.
-Use a food mill or meat grinder to make the pulp and then force it through a fine sieve.
-If the peach puree is very tart, sweeten it with just a little sugar syrup.
-Refrigerate the puree until it is very cold.
-Mix it with very cold, dry Prosecco in the proportion of 1 part peach puree to 3 parts wine or, for each -drink, 1 ounce peach puree and 3 ounces wine.
-Pour the mixture into well-chilled glasses.
