What better way to spend a lazy summer Sunday than with good food and tons of sparkling jewels? That’s just what Nicky Hilton, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, Christina Milian and more did this past weekend. The star-studded group partied Malibu-style at the Lia Sophia clambake with fried clams, lobster, truffled fries and flavored cocktails. Though the fashionable bunch arrived sans jewels to celebrate the launch of Lia Sophia’s West End III collection, they quickly became well-adorned once they stopped by the jewelry bar. Lia Sophia, a favorite among Hollywood stars like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Sienna Miller, Katherine Heigl and more, provided a preview of its new pieces for the line’s famous fans. Nicky picked up some $8,000 worth of jewels. Khloe and Kourtney, who wear the jewelry constantly on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, wasted no time and went straight to the bling before hitting the food. The nominations for the 60th annual Emmy Awards have just been announced, and while, sure, we’re interested what show will win Best Comedy Series and who’ll take home the award for best actor — if we’re honest, what we really care about is the clothes. And there’s stiff competition this year for the Outstanding Costumes for a Series, with episodes from some of the small screen’s best-dressed shows vying for most chic. And who are the stylish nominees? Desperate Housewives, Mad Men (above), Pushing Daisies, The Tudors and Ugly Betty are each in the running to win the award. How’s this for a sequel? After eloping in a very private ceremony in April, Jason Biggs and actress Jenny Mollen exchanged vows for a second time Saturday evening in front of family and friends. About 40 guests attended the intimate sunset ceremony in Napa, California. And it wasn’t just joy that had the bride glowing. Mollen shone in these five carat diamond and platinum earrings and a fifteen carat diamond and platinum bracelet by Neil Lane. Biggs, 30, and Mollen, 29, met on the set of My Best Friend’s Girl in 2007 and were engaged in January.

Gearing up to release her first line, Edie Rose for DKNY Jeans, Rachel Bilson strikes a pose for the line’s chic ad campaigns. In the actress’s first foray into design, she takes center stage to promote the juniors sportswear line in a chic black belted dress and funky vest. Just like in her everyday wear, Rachel seems to have combined her California cool fashion sense with an edgier runway sensibility. Lauren Conrad may be expanding her eponymous design line — recently previewing Holiday, Fall/Winter and Resort collections as well as discussing a possible shoe line — but not everyone is buying it. Kitson owner Fraser Ross has dropped Conrad’s line from his well-known Robertston Boulevard boutique, citing flagging sales coupled with a lack of support on Conrad’s side. Ross tells PEOPLE, “Celebrity clothing lines are a tough sell as it is, and you have to promote your line just as you would an album or a TV show.” And as Ross points out, it’s not that Kitson is inaccesible for Conrad. “Lauren has been on Robertson three times since her clothing line launched but she couldn’t pop by to say hello to the sales staff that sell her line to her fans.” Ross’s advice to Conrad on how to succeed in fashion reasonates to all of her fellow celeb designers. He explains, “You have got to make your clients and customers happy because you are competing against a lot of talented designers in the industry.” Tell us: Have you bought L.C.’s clothing line?
