Lydia Hearst’s Steamy New Role: Myla Lingerie Model

Courtesy MYLA

After causing a stir on the final episode of Gossip Girl last season, Lydia Hearst is back with a project that we’re sure that Chuck Bass would appreciate — a steamy new ad campaign for Myla, the luxury lingerie brand. The model has been named the new face (and scantily clad body) of Myla’s Autumn Winter 2008 campaign. In an eight shot campaign, Lydia brings to life the dark, seductive Hollywood glamour of the ’40s. With the collection’s silk satin, rich jewel colors, dark layered lace and pale vintage frills offset by Lydia’s sculpted blond curls, she plays the part of the screen siren perfectly. Ads are expected to run starting in August and through December. We think Lydia looks amazing in this steamy campaign. Tell us: What do you think of Lydia Hearst’s Myla campaign?

Bob

She looks hot.

AnnieJ

Lydia looks good!

Pamela

She looks okay, but she’s kinda on the skinny side. She needs a little meat on her body. You can see her ribs, and that’s not very sexy.

Margie

I think she needs to eat…

Zoe

Based on this one picture, I’d say it’s kind of blah. She doesn’t have a particularly interesting or exotic enough face for me to be intrigued. I guess I would have to see the rest of her pictures for me to fully judge the entire campaign.

Lexi

She’s way too skinny. Seeing her kind of makes me want to tie her to a chair and funnel lard down her throat.

Paula

She looks healty and I’ve seen skinnier. Love it, love it, love it!

globalina

Nice lingerie! I like it!

It makes me want to buy it!
Perfect and sexy AND NOT tacky at all.
Really Old Hollywood with a Germany 40s hint.

Danny

I just don’t think that the ad is very original. The lingerie is nice but she just looks like another skinny white woman to me. I’m not being racist but I think Eva Mendes, Charlize Theron or Zoe Saldana would have been better and added something extra to the photograph.
