Jennifer Connelly’s Latest Role: Revlon Spokesmodel

With Halle Berry, Jessica Alba and Elle Macpherson already on their roster of gorgeous spokesmodels, there’s no question that Revlon already looks pretty good. And they’ve just announced that they’re about to up the pretty ante even further with the addition of Jennifer Connelly as the latest face of the their global advertising campaign. What was behind the Academy Award-winner’s choice to partner up with the cosmetics giant? “Revlon is one of the great iconic brands of today,” she says. “And I am thrilled to be part of a company that has done so much for women around the world.” And she plans to use her new position to do a little good herself, by fronting Revlon’s philanthropic activities and charity fundraising. We can’t wait to see what direction Jennifer takes the Revlon ads next summer, but we want to know what you think. Tell us: How do you feel about Revlon’s choice of Jennifer as their newest face?

I’m pretty indifferent. Not a huge fan of hers, but she’s not bad looking either. It wouldn’t make me buy anything, like it did with Halle’s gorgeous mug

“if it makes since”??? by the way it’s “sense”, and how could she be too ugly and pretty at the same time??? anyway, i think she’s a simple and beautiful woman, perfect for revlon. i like her but i don’t really care for revlon. jennifer being a spokesmodel might make me buy some revlon though.

I think I get what Tatiana was saying in the comment above: compared to the other stars mentioned Jennifer looks very average. Makeup will surely glam her up (and some eyebrow work). Will she drive me to buy Revlon– no. Only a BOGO (buy one get one) sale will do that.

I think she will make a great spokesmodel! It’s time for someone new and not the same women over and over. I think she is a classic beauty.
