Avril Lavigne to Launch Her First Fragrance

Britney Spears already has her famous family of fragrances, and Christina Aguilera will launch her first American scent soon — and now it looks like pop’s edgier princess is getting in on the fragrance game too. Avril Lavigne has just confirmed to WWD that she’s inked a deal with Proctor & Gamble Prestige Products to create a perfume line directed at her teen fans. “Creating this fragrance is a fun process and I am looking forward to sharing it with everyone,” she tells the paper. And while there’s no official launch date yet, the fragrance is expected to hit stores sometime during the second half of 2009. Tell us: Will you wear Avril’s scent?

i love avril, but she’s kind of…not as cool now.

i don’t know
a good smelling perfume is a good smelling perfume
i may see what it smells like
and if i like it, i’m not going not to buy it just ’cause it’s hers.

i still like her, but you know, she’s not as cool and edgy since her last CD.

I LOVEE AVRIL!! =) i went to her concert once and shes AWESOME! she has an amazing voice, plays the piano, drums, and probably like every kind of guitar that exits, anddd she GORGEOUS!!! (if you get rid of all that makeup)

I will DEFINITELY buy her perfume! (if it smells good..)
