Just saw the photograph of all the girls at the premier. SJP’s hat overshadows all of their lovely outfits … that smacks of scene-stealing to me !!! You can barely see Kim Cattrell for SJP’s hat. That’s not playing well with others and feels a bit disappointing.

It’s not just SJP’s movie … it belongs to all of them, including Mr. Big. She needs to learn how to share the spotlight more gracefully, or they won’t want to work on another film with her … which would suck for us !

Finally she wears something bigger and uglier to distract us from that nasty mole that keeps getting bigger on her chin each time we see her. this chick has been riding the Carrie train almost as long as her 5 year old has been in a stroller. The show is OVER and so is the Hat. her claims to fame? SEX and THE CITY & Square Pegs ??? Guess we know why she is hanging on to SEX. she is a little old for the look and the character at this point.

I really love Sarah Jessica Parker, and I’m really looking forward to see sex and the city movie, and where they are in their lifes now.

But even though she is known for ‘Carrie Bradshaw’, this look is still a bit to much. The dress and shoes are cute. But what is that on her head, she could have left that at home.

This is proper Haute Couture. Philip Treacy is a fashion genius and Carrie has worn numerous of his hats throughout the Sex in the City series (including in the ads for the tv shows.) It is so right that she wore one to the premiere. There is no point in SJP turning up in little black dress. In this outfit she looks modern, stylish and unique.

I saw the group picture of the SATC cast at the London premier. I’m sorry to say, but SJP looked so out of place w/ that awful hat. Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis looked so glamorous and beautiful. Then there was SJP who looked liked a joke. It’s too bad really cause this film is so highly anticipated by so many. Hopefully, SJP has a better outfit for the NY premiere.
