Heidi Montag Hits the Runway for Her Heidiwood Line

Matt Sayles/AP

With blogger Perez Hilton at the mike and on-again, off-again fiance Spencer Pratt in the audience, Heidi Montag did her best catwalk strut for the debut runway show of her Heidiwood for Anchor Blue line. And the reality star felt more than at home on the catwalk, telling PEOPLE “I feel so good and it’s so fun to be up there [on the runway], and it was just an amazing night and everything really came together so this is just such an awesome night.” As for her designs, Montag admits a weakness for “zebra print. I’m obsessed with it, and when I was doing my line, I was doing things that inspired me and things that I wish I could find in clothes. So I was like I love zebra print. There’s not enough out there, and so I really wanted to incorporate that in little details.” But don’t count the budding designer out of future acting gigs. “I’d love to play Sydney Bristow on Alias. That’s my ideal role, like badass, that’s what I want to do, like Angelina Jolie roles.” Click here to shop Heidi’s line, all for under $50. Tell us: Will you buy Heidi’s designs?

I think it’s safe to say that this cheap-looking, lackluster line is the most you could expect from someone whose design philosophy is based on her belief that there’s not enough zebra print in the world.

I mean yeah I guess shes gets props for “trying” but seriously “Heidiwood”?! Its an awful clothing line with been there done that pieces. It’s about as good as her first music video. People need to stop thinking they deserve things aka a singing, acting, clothing line career just because somebody knows who you are. She looks like a joke.

You know what, I fault Reality TV. Reality film crew doesn not equal paparazzi! She thinks she’s a star, self-proclaimed I guess…but not a fashionista! If anyone from the Hills should come out with a line, it should be Whitney….now there’s a girl with a DNA for style!

I personally think has more fashion taste then Lauren. I’m not a fan of hers, but she can dress. I like the concept of her line being affordable, rather than lauren’s line not being “all that” and costing as much as a guess dress or even more!
So, you go Heidi!

Please cut out the cattyness! OMG this whole thing is about everyones opinion and you can’t get mad cause people don’t like Heidi or her clothing line. With that being said… No I would not buy her clothes and I am not jealous it’s just my opinion and it ain’t in my swagg!!! Chew on that!!!

Jax

I think she looks like a blow-up doll on her good days…

AK

I’m not a big fan of Heidi at all but I like her line. Lauren’s is def more orignal & shows her sytle.

Lauren

eww I am a huge Jennifer Garner/Alias fan and I never want to associate Heidi with Jennifer or Alias..that is just plain wrong.

Samantha

I wish she would just give up already….

Team Lauren

her line look like every other line.. if not worse. who is she targeting her line too? young girls who dont want to look like her or hookers that look better? i rather shop at old navy than get anything off her line.

personally i think her line is the SAME top in a different print and different colour THATS IT. if you were to create a line DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT not the same.
