Jordin Sparks’s New Role: Spokesperson for Avon’s Mark Brand!

Jordin Sparks made her mark as the youngest-ever American Idol winner last year at age 17. And now she’s teaming up with Avon’s teen-focused Mark brand as the first-ever spokesperson for the line’s sales representatives. And she’s no stranger to the job. Both her mother and grandmother worked as Avon sales reps — and Sparks herself was even a Mark sales rep when the brand launched in 2003. Working with the company was “the first opportunity that I had as a young woman to learn valuable business skills and earn money to pursue my dreams,” she says. Starting this summer, Sparks will share her inspiration and advice with the Mark sales team and appear in the brand’s catalogue, on its websites and in a national ad campaign. Madonna Designs Rockin’ Jewelry with Chopard

Madonna‘s affordable clothing collaboration with H&M was a runaway success, and now the Material Girl is taking her design savvy high-end in a partnership with Chopard. The Swiss jeweler and musical style icon have teamed up to create a diamond “M-Dolla” knuckle ring and Happy Diamonds cross pendant necklace that Madonna dons on the cover of her latest album, Hard Candy, which is due out April 29th. Just like her new album, the jewelry is “a juxtaposition of toughness and sweetness,” Madonna explains. M-Dolla, the star’s hip-hop moniker, is spelled out across the ring in 258 brilliant-cut white diamonds. And although this bespoke piece isn’t available for purchase, the cross pendant is yours for $6710.
