Ashlee Simpson to Design for Wet Seal!

Looks like Jessica isn’t the only Simpson sister with a design line. Wet Seal just announced that Ashlee Simpson will be launching a collection of T-shirts for them. According to Wet Seal, Ashlee’s collection features designs inspired by her own personality, sense of style and album artwork. “I was inspired by so many fun, wonderful things as I was recording Bittersweet World and it’s been great to carry through those inspirations into these new shirt designs,” says Ashlee. “I hope my fans love this album and rock out in these shirts!” Ashlee’s line will launch nationwide on April 22 — the same day her new album, Bittersweet World drops. Tell us: Will you buy Ashlee’s T-shirts?

What, so they will give ANYONE their own clothing line these days!?!? With no design school, or business classes, or marketing school….!?!?
Just because they’re name & face are recognizable, they can slap their name name on some clothing line and we’re expected to shell out above average prices for it!?!? NO THANKS!

Why is this lip-syncing, talentless should have never been still around? I for one will not be buying her album nor her tshirt collection. I’m sure her 11 year old fans will scoop them right up though.

Well, Ashlee Simpson may suck, But I work at Wet Seal, and our clothes REALLY aren’t expensive. Even if she does design them. So don’t be predjudice against our store just because we plan to sell her clothes!!!!
