What Celeb Hair Color Do You Envy?

How many of us have gone to our hairdressers clutching photos of celebs with the hope of achieving their gorgeous hair? Last year, we had our heart set on Julianne Moore’s vibrant red locks, but lately, we’ve been dreaming of dying our hair the same rich chocolaty-hue that Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meister is blessed with.
