Looks like Kelly Osbourne’s letting her heart rule her head this Valentine’s Day. We’ve spotted the celeb in these whimsical heart-shaped shades all week long, including at hotspot NOBU last night, and at an H&M launch earlier today in London. And it looks like she’s not alone in loving the look. Our friends at Fab Sugar found these Lolita-esque glasses that we think are perfect if you want to look as loved up as Kelly — at least one day a year!
