Would You Wear Knee-High Socks like Ashlee Simpson?

Shedding their school girl image, knee-high hosiery is getting a fresh update from some of Hollywood’s most stylish starlets. Ashlee Simpson keeps it sporty, pairing them with her low-top Converse sneakers. Jessica Alba playfully wears them in a contrasting color over a pair of black opaque tights. And Rihanna keeps it sexy in thigh-high pair that show just a hint of skin. We’re not completely sold on this trend, but we’d love to hear from you. Tell us: Would you wear this look?

No way! While hosiery is always hot for the Fall/Winter season, these most certainly are not.

I personally wouldn’t wear knee high socks, but Ashlee looks cute in them!

This question was asked about a year ago on this blog. I have worn knee-high socks and will still wear them (although not with sneakers!).

Wearing knee socks is great for in the winter/fall, but I don’t like these socks on Ashley. They make her look childish and her legs look fat, though she’s skinny as hell.
