DL/Radial Press/Startraks

We’ve gotten used to seeing Kate Walsh in her scrubs on TV or in slinky dresses on the red carpet. But the TV doctor hit a Madrid photocall for her Grey’s Anatomy spinoff, Private Practice, looking positively preppy in her white buttondown and belted grey skirt by Theory. We found Kate’s whole preppy outfit — and the look for less!

Generally, I like a preppy look, since it’s very classic and simple. However, I don’t really love this look. I think it would have looked better with some more color, since the whole outfit is neutral colors. Overall, it’s kind of boring… but not the worst I’ve seen, either.

I love this look and the fact that Kate Walsh is a preppy has made my day even more. Preppies rule!

This outfit would have looked so much better with strappy stilettos.
