He is obsessed with hacking women’s hair off and they usually end up looking older with the haircuts he gives and usually worse. Id like to see him simply trim/shape up and change the color of a woman’s hair instead of butchering. It is strange to see Stacy in this low-cut dress (which is a flattering look!) because she seems to always wear dresses and shirts up to her neck on the show. Maybe she is a modest gal.
