Two of our favorite blonde TV actresses hit the streets of New York City this week in the exact same pair of boots — and we were so smitten we had to track them down! Hayden Panettiere paired her Coach “Weslyn” boots in Whiskey with a black peacoat for a day of appearances in the city, while Blake Lively was snapped on-set in character as Serena van der Woodsen in her brown riding boots.
